Project Description
DC Water’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for investing excess DC Water funds, consistent with the investment policy objectives to include safety, liquidity, and return on investment requirements. The day-to-day responsibility of investing DC Water’s funds has been delegated to a third-party independent investment advisor.
